Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a dump truck.

On August 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle as a job on the 12:50th day of August 6, 2014, and became a U-Turn in the opposite direction during three-lanes with the front crosswalk apartment as the plane captain of Busan-gun, U-Turn.

Since the place is an intersection where a signal is installed, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly observe the traffic signal and drive the motor vehicle safely by reducing the speed and keeping the front left well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and, in the red signal, sent a U-turn in the opposite direction from three-lanes to one-lanes, and shocked into the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant, due to the foregoing occupational negligence, sustained from the victim E (n, 61 years of age), who is the seat of C vehicle, the passenger of C vehicle, the victim E (n, f1 years of age), such as the damage of various parts of the 4 weeks in advance.
