The defendant is a person who drives a two-way passenger car.

The Defendant, at around 22:50 on August 14, 2016, driven approximately 7 km in front of the police station of the captain in front of the 692 captain, as the Defendant was in the state of alcohol content of 0.097%, while driving the said car in front of the police station of the 692 captain, as the Plaintiff was in front of the same military mine area in the vicinity of the static hot spring located in Eup/Myeon in the Busan
