Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 616) - Defendant A B and C distributed four copies of each card using 52 card together with the victim N, M,O, P, Q, R, and S, and then preparing for the "Bab Card" with a certain indication on the back of the card so that it can be identified in advance the other party's plaque in the gambling of the one-person "Baba" in which the former is called "Baba", thereby soliciting B to bring the "Bab Card" to other gambling participants and to manipulate him/her for gambling, and then B requested the Defendant to purchase and deliver the Baba card.
