Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
(b) the Defendant, B, C, D, the Victim E, and F, of the crime history, will be a friendly Gu and the first class of the Second class in society;
B: B & C marks up to two brooms in the back of broom-type gambling card in the form of vertical broom broom shape with a special card which can distinguish the pattern and number of the card from that of the broom-type (hereinafter “scam-type timber card”), and made it known that he/she will play a leading role in gambling, and he/she will play a leading role in gambling, while he/she is aware that he/she would use the broom-type card, and he/she is willing to jointly distribute the amount acquired from the victims by participating in gambling.
1. On April 11, 2020, the Defendant, B, and C conspiredd as above, with the following: (a) around 19:00 as of Apr. 11, 2020, the Defendant, B, and C received KRW 1,00,00 from the victim E, who did not know of such circumstances, by means of gambling 52 copies of the letter-type card he prepared in advance, and by using the letter-type card 52 as if he knows that the victims had been aware of the success; and (b) by deceiving the victims, he/she received KRW 1 million from the victim E and 1 million from the victim F.
2. On April 25, 2020, the Defendant, B, and C conspiredd as above, and the Defendant, B, and C were not aware of and attempted to commit an attempted crime by deceiving the victims by using 52 printed card in advance, as if they knew of the success of the victims, using the 52 marb card, which was prepared in advance, at the J Hambro tight Point Smuggling located in I around April 25, 2020, as the case was through the arrest warrant executed by the police officer, and attempted to take money by deception from the victims who did not know of such circumstances.
Summary of Evidence
1. Each police officer with regard to E and F, written in part of each of the police interrogation records against the defendant's legal statement B or C.
