Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2014, in order to avoid the parking and stopping control in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant was unable to cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and on purpose, it was difficult for the Defendant to identify a registration number plate by attaching the color paper of the newspaper size to the registration number plate using the front seat of the car in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in order to avoid the parking and stopping control in front of Gangseo-gu.
