Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2015, in order to avoid parking control in the street near the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, the Defendant intentionally made it difficult for the Defendant to identify a registration license plate by attaching a tape on the front 43 pages of the D vehicle owned by himself/herself, in order to avoid parking control.
