Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.
However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From June 2013, the Defendants conspiredd to engage in fraud using a “deline” term, which covers only a person who wears special contact lenses on the back of the card, at a restaurant located in the F of the Hanam-si, Hanam-si.
Defendant
B prepared for the opening of a gambling place and “bag card”, Defendant A worn a special contact lenses, and notified the remaining Defendants of whether or not betting amount in the form of hand agreed in advance, and accordingly, the remaining Defendants shared the role of gambling by betting money or giving up money.
1. Defendants A, B, and C
A. On August 6, 2013, from around 19:00 to 24:00, the Defendants conspired with Defendant B’s “H” office located in Hanam City, namely, the victim I, the victim J, and the victim. Defendant B provided a “h card” and provided a “h card to have the victim start gambling.” Defendant A provided a “ab card,” and Defendant A provided a “ab card,” provided the victim’s plaque, and then, the victim’s plaque to whom it appears that the victim would face money if he would be able to face money, and then the Defendants received money by deceiving the victim by means of not taking money if it appears that the victim would face money.
B. On August 28, 2013, from around 19:00 to 24:00, the Defendants conspired with the victim to engage in gambling in the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and thereby deceiving the victim in the same manner as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and acquired KRW 2.9 million from the victim.
C. On August 29, 2013, from around 19:00 to 24:00 on August 29, 2013 to around 24:00, the Defendants conspired to engage in gambling with the victim K and thereby deceiving the victim in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, and acquired KRW 1.2 million from the victim.
