Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 19:00 on September 27, 2013 to 02:00 the following day, the Defendants: (a) had four cards per capita; (b) had four cards per capita; and (c) had one through three times in three times; and (d) had three different numbers in the shape of four in the card last possession, a person with the lowest number compared with one another in the form of four in each of the following cases, was gambling one at one time from 1,00 to 30,000 won per passenger; and (d) had been gambling through six times as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. The Defendants: (a) around September 2013, at the convenience store in front of the above EMel; (b) installed a Kamera at the above Moel gambling room; and (c) conspired Defendant A and Defendant B with one another to obtain money by means of gambling by wearing a receiver and entering the gambling room; and (d) by means of gambling under the direction of K.

On October 30, 2013, from around 20:00 to 02:00 the following day, the Defendants installed K Kameras in the above 201 room, and Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, by drawing up the victim G (ma, 30 years of age), H (ma, 31 years of age), L (ma, 29 years of age), etc. into normal gambling, and run as if they normally stuffed, using 51 cards, and discovered the Kameras installed in the Gameras, and notified the Defendant A, B, and Defendant A, and B, the victims of the above victims of the 1,00 to 30,000 won per 1,00 won per 1,00 to 30,000 won, and distributed the 200,000 won and the sum of them to the victims of the Kameras.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with K and received property by deceiving victims.
