1. Defendant A’s imprisonment of one year and four months, Defendant C and D’s imprisonment of eight months, Defendant E’s imprisonment of ten months, and Defendant F.

Criminal facts

1. Defendant A is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on October 29, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on January 28, 2009.

2. Criminal facts;

A. The Defendants A, C, D, E, F, and G conspired with the above Defendants: (a) use the term “definite card” on the back of the card so that they can understand the pattern and number of the card; (b) subsequently, Defendant A prepared gambling places and provided money for gambling funds to other Defendants; and (c) take charge of the crime, such as providing money for gambling funds and distributing the amount of money acquired; (d) Defendant F read the victim’s plaque to Defendant D, C, etc.; and (c) Defendant D, C, E, and G shared the role of gambling by following Defendant F’s receipt of the victim’s plaque or reading the victim’s plaque.

B. Defendant A, along with Defendant D and E, used a “definite card” in gambling in a manner that the following three times with the card divided into four cards using victim N and card 52 from around 20:00 to around 10:00 on March 201, 201, Defendant D and E, and acquired 6 million won from the victim who was aware of such fact, from around June 4, 201 through June 11, 201, and acquired 60 million won in collusion with Defendant D, E, CF, G, etc. for a total of 11 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and acquired 2.8 billion won in total by conspiracy with Defendant D, E, G, etc.

C. Defendant C along with Defendant A, E, etc., and between March 19, 201 and 10:00 on the following day, the building C is the OE-gu Cheongju-si.
