The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year with respect to the crime No. 1, which is sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months for damage to public goods in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 28, 2012.

1. On June 2, 2014, at around 23:29, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) visited a police officer under the influence of alcohol at the D police box located in Ansan-si Group C, Ansan-si, to the police officer E who was on duty and his assistant F, and (b) attempted to smoke within the police box to stop smoking, etc., and (c) frank the said police officer who prevented him from smoking within the police box, etc., and (d) continued to engage in an act of disturbance for about 30 minutes from the above date to 23:56 of the same day.

On June 2, 2014, at around 23:56, the Defendant damaged public goods, the Defendant: (a) saw that the Defendant spawn the disturbance, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and spawn was spawn to take the spawn outside of the police box, and then destroyed that the amount of KRW 377,573 of the repair cost, such as the spawn and the spawn of the G spawn which was stopped before the police box, would amount to KRW 377,573 of the repair cost, such as the spawn and the spawn in front of the police box.
