A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 26, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant found in the influence of alcohol to the police box of the Pakistan, and carried out a disturbance, she was seated at the entrance of the police box, went to the central hospital of 119 first-aid service, and then sent it to the Gasan Central Hospital by the 119 first-aid service.
