A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Highest 3606] On October 1, 2012, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won of the above smartphone from a person who was unaware of the name of the taxi driver who acquired 80,000 won of the market value of Samsung Gallon who was lost from a taxi with no number 80,000 won in the city near the Hosi-si, Changwon-si. In addition, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won of the above smartphone from a person who was unaware of the name of the taxi driver who was aware of the fact that the 1st cost of the above smartphone was a stolen goods and acquired the stolen goods from a person who was aware of the fact that the mobile phone lost by the victims was a stolen goods by the above method seven times from October 15, 2012 as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

On November 13, 2012, from around 02:00 to around 04:00, the Defendant, in collusion with C, acquired stolen goods by purchasing 20,000 won of the above smartphone from F, who was aware of the fact that the victim D was a 1st cost of the above smartphone, while acquiring 9,50,000 won of the market price lost from E-cab, in front of the field of the camping practice hall located in the Ho-dong in the Changwon-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si.
