A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The seized heading (No. 1) and one oil tank (No. 2) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Criminal facts

1. On October 2016, the Defendant discovered E trucks owned by the victim D parked in front of the Seo-gu towing station located in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, a Seo-gu, 240.

Defendant: (a) open a gas station with which the above truck is not fastened; and (b) deduct 40-liters via the gas pumps and oil pumps prepared in advance from the market price of 50,000 won; and (c) deduct 40-liters from the oil pumps.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant discovered G 4.5t car trucks owned by the victim F, parked at the same place at the same time, around 22:05.

Although Defendant tried to commit an attempted to commit a theft of oil by opening the oil outlet of the above car truck, the main lid of fuel lid is only val in val, but it did not bring about an attempted attempt because it did not do so.

3. The Defendant found the victim H-owned clort clor at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph.

4. On March 5, 2017, around 22:18, the Defendant discovered the difference of the victim L, which was parked in the front of the K station located in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, for a 4.5t freezing tower.

Defendant: (a) open a gas station that is not fastened by the foregoing freezing vehicles; and (b) deduct 20 liters from the transit of 25,000 won at the market price by using rubber stuffs and oil in advance prepared in advance.

In other words, they stolen them.
