Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2017, at around 03:31, 201, the Defendant attempted larceny: (a) was approaching the said car and left the door of the driver’s seat in order to steal the property located in the victim E’s F QM5 passenger car parked in the “D cafeteria” side parking lot located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Seoul; (b) from that time, the Defendant did not go to the attempted crime, and (c) did not go to the end.
