A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. On July 27, 2016, the Defendant found that the text of the victim H, who was parked on the side of the road, was not corrected at around 160 U.S. Si Mapo-ro 03:50 on July 27, 2016, and opened a vehicle door.
