1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken off the victim’s sexual flag, bridge, etc., who was in a relationship with a man, using mobile phone camera function at the insular telecom in the Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) taken off her sexual flag, bridge, etc. against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc. against his will.

B. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant taken the victim’s sexual flag, bridge, etc., who was exempted from all clothes in a personal relationship using the mobile camera function at the above her mother, against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc. against his will.

On January 28, 2016, the Defendant sent pictures taken by using mobile phone camera functions at an unspecified place on January 28, 2016, to Doin D using C, and the same year from around that time.

3. From the 16th day to the 16th day, the victim’s chest photographs taken by obtaining consent from the injured party and the victim’s chest photographs from the victim in the same way in total at a place in the same manner as the 11st day of the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendant provided another person with another person’s body photographs which may cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will by using the cell phone camera function, or provided another person with photographs taken with the consent of the victim after the latter against his will.

2. The Defendant who violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. intends to no longer have the victim satisfied at around February 18, 2016.
