Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and three years of suspended sentence on July 5, 2018 at the Daejeon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.

1. No person shall photograph the body of a person against the will of the person subject to photographing, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

On February 2013, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation on three occasions a total of three occasions as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 1, 2, and 3, including taking photographs of the victim C (n, 20) of female-friendly job offering (n, 20) against the victim’s will using a camera function of the mobile phone camera in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (n, 20).

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using a cellular phone function against their will.

B. At around 02:20 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or shame on three occasions in total, such as Nos. 4, 5, and 6 as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1) from February 5, 2019 to March 8, 2019, using the cell phone function of the cell phone devices in which they were in possession, taken the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or shame over three times in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes No. 4, 5, and 6.

Accordingly, the defendant can cause sexual humiliation or shame using a cellular phone with a camera function.
