1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from January 18, 2014 to August 14, 2014; and (b) August 15, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On May 14, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, who is an insurance company, as the insured, for the non-dividend Amb (18 years old at the time of the insurance contract) (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
① Basic contract: Payment of insurance money of KRW 10,00 won where the insured died due to an accident (e.g., an accident) (However, according to Article 16 of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the basic contract, the insured is excluded from compensation due to intentional injury, suicide, illness, mental illness, etc.) (2) Payment of insurance money of KRW 20,000 if the insured died due to a disease (as referred to in Article 6 of the Special Terms and Conditions on the Guarantee of Death Caused by a Disease), this selective contract also applies to this selective contract, but Article 16 of the General Terms and Conditions that stipulate losses excluded from compensation does not apply to this selective contract) (3) Payment of insurance money of KRW 20,000 if the insured died due to a disease (as referred to in Article 16 of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the General Terms and Conditions).
B. The insured (1) suicide (hereinafter “insured”) committed suicide by the insured (hereinafter “insured”) was often at the time of being married with a usual and low-income share.
