1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On February 19, 2010, the network D (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant for non-distribution of dividends, as between February 19, 2010 and February 19, 2010, with the insured as the deceased and the beneficiary at the time of death as the statutory inheritor, and with the insurance period from February 19, 2010 to February 16:00, 205, with the period of coverage from February 19, 2010 to February 16:00 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

According to the insurance contract of this case, 50 million won shall be paid when the insured dies due to a general injury, and 50 million won shall be paid each year as expenses for the recovery of general injury and death.

(2) The terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

-General Terms and Conditions - The Company shall compensate for any loss resulting from the injury (hereinafter referred to as "damage") in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions, if the insured has suffered any bodily injury (except for physical assistance equipment, such as veterinary items, artificial arms, bills, clothing, etc.) due to any sudden and incidental accident during the insurance period (hereinafter referred to as "accident").

Article 14 (Compensation for Non-Compensation) The Company shall not pay compensation for any loss arising from any of the following causes:

(1) If an insured person's intentional injury, suicide, attempted suicide, criminal acts under the Criminal Act or violence of an insured person (Provided, That if it is recognized as legitimate acts, self-defense under the Criminal Act, emergency evacuation, or legitimate acts, the company (Death Insurance Money) Article 15 (Death) takes injury as a result of the accident as prescribed in Article 13 and dies within two years from the date of the accident as a result of the accident, the total amount of the insured amount shall be paid to the beneficiary (the heir if the insured person is not designated as the beneficiary) with the death insurance amount.

- General Injury, Death, and Death-Special Terms and Conditions - Article 2 (Compensation for Loss) shall apply to the Insured during the period of insurance.
