A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 197, the defendant is sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and six months, a short of one year, and a short of four years on April 14, 1982 with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at night in the court of the same on June 7, 197, two years of suspended execution, and 192.

1. Habitual theft;

A. On March 10, 2014, from around 21:00 to around 23:00, the Defendant, along with G and A, stolen construction materials, such as 2,4750,000 won in total at the market price, on five occasions from February 1, 2014 to April 24, 2014, including: (a) the 2,4750,000 won in total, at the site of the 2,00, Haju Highway located at H; and (b) the victim J-owned market price at the site of the 2,00,000 won; and (c) the 75,000,000 won in which the Defendant was driving.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property habitually together with A and G.

B. On March 23, 2014, from around 21:00 to 23:00, the Defendant, who committed a single crime, stolen construction materials with a total of 3,308,00,000 won of the market price from around 23:0 to around 23:00, including taking 120,000 the victim X’s market price located at that place, and then taking 3,00,000,000 won of the victim X owned at that place, from around May 23, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. On February 5, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) through the YYYYYYYYYYYYYYON-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Chungcheongnaman-si.
