A Imprisonment for three years, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 26, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months with prison labor for larceny and two years of suspended execution in the Chuncheon District Court’s territorial branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 2012. On November 15, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Chuncheon District Court’s territorial branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 21, 2013, and was released on December 24, 2014 during the execution of the sentence and passed on May 3, 2015.
The Defendant, based on the experience of dealing with the pumps at the construction site in the past construction site, verified whether they have the pumps while going through the construction site, and stolen it using Gpoter II cargo vehicles owned by the Defendant, and sold it to a person who handles the building materials, or is used by the Defendant directly at the construction site.
