Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, each of the above punishments shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct produced and distributed the leaflets stating “C”, “D”, and “E”, and, after having reported and contacted the above leaflets, received 150,000 won from the unfold male customers, and attempted to arrange the commercial sex acts by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with the unspecified number of men. From the end of June 2014 to September 25, 2014, Defendant A arranged the commercial sex acts by employing F, G, H, and untitled women per case of commercial sex acts, with the condition that the said women would be paid KRW 75,00 for each sex act between the end of September 2014 and the end of September 25, 2014.

2. The Defendants’ co-offenders conspired to arrange sexual traffic by receiving 150,000 won (Korean male) through 200,000 won (foreign male sex) from male customers who reported and contacted the above leaflets after manufacturing and distributing the leaflets as stated in C, D, and I, and soliciting to arrange sexual traffic by having them to sexual intercourse with their familiar her.

Accordingly, between October 10, 2014 and October 27, 2014, the Defendants: (a) between Defendant A and Defendant A, on condition that they pay 75,000 won or 110,000 won per case of sexual traffic (foreign male) to G, J and name-free women, and (b) Defendant B, upon request from customers contact with the above telephone number, instructed Defendant B to take sexual traffic into the place they want; and (c) Defendant B, on condition that Defendant B receives 130,000 won per day, takes sexual traffic to the place where female customers are located; and (d) Defendant B arranged sexual traffic for business purposes over several occasions, such as having them sexual intercourse with an unspecified number of men and women including J and J.
