A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million at the Jeonju District Court, on June 8, 2005, for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), KRW 1.5 million for the same crime on July 5, 2007, KRW 1.5 million for the same crime on April 17, 2008, “violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Exemplary Vehicles)”, and a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), respectively.

On July 8, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.107% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at approximately 12 km away from the street in front of the main Yon-gun, Yon-gun, Yon-gun, Yon-gun, Seoul, to the front side of the Seocho-gu, Yon-si, Yon-gun, Yon-gun, Seoul, to the front side of the Seocho-gu, Yon-si, Yon-do.
