Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2014, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by brupting “A police station during the 159-gil,” and “A (the age of 34) who is a police officer, under the influence of alcohol while there are several police officers, etc. in the atmosphere of the Defendant in the office located in the Defendant’s seat.” The Defendant expressed a large desire to “Neibbly bit bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
