Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motorcycle B 99.7C D100.

1. On September 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the above motorcycle at around 18:40 on September 25, 2017, and led the Defendant to bypass the intersection of the three-distance distance near the police station at 159 No. 43 at the safe night during the safe night.
