A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2015, around 06:20 on the grounds that the Defendant spited, in front of the construction site for the construction of the Scco Construction Center in the free economic zone authority located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, on the grounds that the Defendant spited the victim C (year 42) who was going into work clothes.

The Defendant, by hand, flabed the victim’s breath and flabed the victim’s bridge, and flabed the victim’s bridge.

As above, the Defendant abused the victim, thereby resulting in injury to the victim, such as the alley of the left-hand executive officer who requires treatment for about 10 weeks.
