Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B rocketing taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injury to the said C, such as cutting down and closing down light bars, etc. which require approximately 5 weeks of treatment, on the part of the victim F (the age of 15) who was on the said C Driving taxi, as well as on the part that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment, etc., on the part of the victim G (the age of 59) who was on the part of the Defendant’s driver taxi, suffered injury, such as cutting down thirth of feld executives on the right side, which require approximately 10 weeks of treatment, and on the part of the victim G (the age of 59) who was on the part of the said C Driving taxi, with approximately 3 weeks of treatment.
