1. As to KRW 90,711,001 and KRW 60,186,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,525,00.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 12, 2014, the Defendant was awarded a contract for production and installation works of metal windows and ethyl pressings among the construction works for constructing the Korea-U.S. headquarters at the Korea-U.S. headquarters (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. headquarters”) with the following content.

Contract amount: The delivery period of KRW 3,921,00,820 (including value-added tax): June 30, 2015: 5% warranty bond rate: 12 months after the completion of inspection: 0.15%

B. On December 24, 2014, the Defendant entered into a subcontract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff on the production and installation works of ethyl pressing (hereinafter “instant construction works”) among the said construction works on the following terms:

Contract amount: 786,500,000 won (715,00,000 won for supply, value-added tax 71,50,000,000 won): Advance payment - Amount equivalent to the content and proportion thereof within seven days from the date of receipt of the object: Within seven days from the date of receipt of the object: progress payment: Within seven days from the date of receipt of the object; Cash 100% construction period: December 24, 2014; on June 30, 2015: 3% (payment within seven days from the date of issuance of the security certificate for repair of defects after the approval of Han Institute): 0.15%:

C. In the structural review conducted by the Defendant around the end of February 2015, the result that the change of existing design and materials was necessary was derived, and Hanwon had its design changed after hearing the opinion of the original designer of the instant construction work in early April 2015.

Hanwon and the defendant extended the construction period by July 31, 2015, considering the delayed period in this process. D.

Before installing ethyl structures, the Plaintiff was subject to an inspection on the contact condition of ethyl structures from Hanwon. On May 2015, 2015, the Plaintiff was notified of the failure to pass the inspection at around three times starting from the early police officer, and passed the contact inspection at around June 20, 2015, and was able to install ethyl structures.
