Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On May 25, 2019, at around 09:35, the Defendant made the left turn to the left at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, depending on the road one-lane in the direction of D interest sea point in the direction of D interest sea.
