Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on June 3, 2014, and on June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for the same crime in the same court.

On May 6, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.049% of blood alcohol concentration around 0.049%, driven the E-land from around 500 meters away from the roads adjacent to Sungnam-si C heading, Sungnam-si, to the roads adjacent to Sungnam-si D.
