Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court on August 11, 2008, and on April 2, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on April 2, 201.

On October 12, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km car on the roads near Sungnam-si Yungnam-si YGGG 0.096% under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.09%.
