A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 2508"
1. On September 27, 2018, around 04:00 on September 27, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny a total of four occasions of cash in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table 2, from that time, the Defendant attempted to steal the cash owned by the victim in his/her custody (hereinafter “D”), after opening an unrecovered door door and intrusion into the door, and destroying it by using the hand-out type (the continuous name) prepared in advance for the paper-decover exchange devices installed therein. 1. From September 16, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime to the “K” room operated by the Victim J, which is located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, around 05:13, around September 16, 2018.
