A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 01:00 on April 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) did not pay the victim C’s “D” unmanned vending machines sales store operated by the victim C in Yangju City-si; (b) took 8 ice cream sales store in which the victim’s market value was stored in freezing and stored in freezing, and brought about 30,000 won in total in the market value of the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by impairing the victim's structure.

B. On April 20, 2020, around 01:54, the Defendant brought up one ice cream and seven geles in total amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price owned by the victim under the same method as described in paragraph 1(a) at the “D” e, operated by the victim F in Yangju-si.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by impairing the victim's structure.

2. At around 17:45, Apr. 15, 2020, the Defendant: “I” precious metal shop operated by the victim H in Ma in Do Government-si; “I want to obtain I ambl,” and “I ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl ambl amblam; and the Defendant amblamd embl ambl ambl embl embl ambl embl embl

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen four gold gings equivalent to the total market value of 7,726,00 won owned by the victim.

3. On April 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at night, attempted larceny of a structure; and (b) on April 20, 202, the Defendant: (c) at night, destroyed a flid of “L” type operated by the victim K, which is located in the jurisdiction of the two weeks; (d) destroyed a flid of a bareboat exchange device; and (e) stolen cash contained therein; and (e) opened a flid of a correction at the bottom of the bareboat exchange machine in which it had been prepared by using the dracks in advance, and did not form the intent because it did not have cash.

Accordingly, the defendant is in the victim's building at night.
