1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On December 16, 2012, at around 20:25, the Defendant opened a door to “E fishery” operated by the victim D located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and opened a credit cooperative that had not been corrected and intrudes into the office and opened it on its book, and stolen KRW 100,000 of cashier’s checks owned by the victim and KRW 480,000 of cash.
B. On December 25, 2012, at around 19:15, the Defendant opened a closed door to “H fishery” operated by the victim G in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and opened a credit cooperative that intrudes into the office and was located below its book, and stolen the cash owned by the victim, who was in custody, with KRW 1,700,000.
C. On December 25, 2012, at around 19:25, the Defendant opened an entrance that was not corrected at the time of “KA” operated by the victim J of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and opened a depository in which the Defendant intrudes into the office, and subsequently stolen the cash of KRW 2,200,000 owned by the victim who was under custody.
2. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40 on December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened a closed door, which was not corrected in the “E-fishery” operated by the victim D” in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; (c) intruded into the office and brought money to the depository located therein; (d) but (c) did not intend money.
[2013 Highest 601] From October 20, 2011, the Defendant, as an employee of the N fishery operated by the victim M in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, has been engaged in the delivery of fish and shellfish, etc. to the customer of the said business and the payment from the customer.
On May 23, 2012, the Defendant collected KRW 780,000 from Qu Fishery, which is a customer of N fishery operated by NFP in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and was kept in custody for the victim.
