Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.106% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:55, 2013, driven approximately 3 km from the front side of the treatment apartment road located in the mountain-dong, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front side of the Daegu-gu oriental medical hospital.
