Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a BM3 car at about 800m from the front side of the Suwon River Office of Education, which is located in the Daegu Suwon River, to the front side of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.134%.
