Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:45, driven a B human vehicle at approximately 50 meters from the front of the mountain marc restaurant located in the middle of Daegu Suwon-gu, to the middle of the mountain marc road located in the same Gu. However, the Defendant did not comply with the request for a drinking test by the Daegu Suwon-gu Police Station C Zone Assistant D, even though he did not comply with the request for a drinking test.
