Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by night residence theft, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on April 3, 2014. On August 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2016.

『2016 고단 3199』 [ 범죄사실] 피고인은 전화금융 사기단의 인출 책 및 송금 책이고, 성명 불상자( 위 챗 아이디: C) 는 위 전화금융 사기단의 조직원이다.

1. 사기 위 성명 불상자는 불특정 다수인을 상대로 무작위로 전화를 걸어 금융기관 직원 등을 사칭하고 피해자들을 기망하여 그들 로 하여금 미리 준비한 계좌인 이른바 대포 통장으로 대출 수수료 등의 명목으로 금원을 송금하도록 한 후 피고인에게 스마트 폰 어 플 리 케이 션인 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 위와 같이 입금된 사기 피해 금을 인출하도록 지시하는 역할을 담당하고, 피고인은 그 지시에 따라 타인 명의의 체크카드와 비밀번호 등을 이용하여 그 사기 피해 금을 인출한 뒤 위 성명 불상 자가 지정하는 사람에게 전달하는 역할을 담당하는 방법으로 각자의 역할을 분담하기로 공모하였다.
