Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 28, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendants came to the Victim S’s House located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government R, and Defendant A reported the network, Defendant B opened a corrected window and entered the said house, and Defendant A opened the entrance door to the said house.

Then, the Defendants, at the same time at the inside and outside of the same place, have 2,00,000 won in cash, 10,000 U.S. dollars 1,000 U.S. dollars 1,000 U.S. dollars 1,000 won in cash owned by the above victims.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the above victim's property.

2. The Defendants, around 13:00 to 14:00 on February 10, 2013, at the victim U’s house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant A reported the network. Defendant B, using the carter, opened the entrance door to the said house and opened the entrance door to the said house.

Then, at the market price of the above victim's possession, the defendants had a 18k gold boom, one gold blive, one gold blive, and a 50,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the above victim's property.

3. The Defendants: (a) around 13:00 to 14:00 on February 10, 2013; (b) around 13:0, and around 14:00, Defendant A reported the network; (c) Defendant B opened the front door of the said house that was not corrected and entered into the said house; and (d) Defendant A entered the front door of the said house through the said entrance.

Then, the Defendants left 30,000 won in cash owned by the above victims from the wall that was placed at the small location.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the above victim's property.
