Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, upon entering a secret house, conspired to steals property together with others.

1. On April 8, 2013, around 13:00, the Defendants came to the house of the victim G located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F 101. Defendant B intruded the victim’s residence through the toilet window where the gas pipe was installed, and opened the entrance door, and Defendant A, who reported the network around, went to the house.

2. 3.
