1. Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months, and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two years; and
2.Provided, That this judgment shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highly 8"
1. Defendant A and B conspired to steal the goods from a permanent residence, which is a residence, to siren a motor vehicle and move to an inner Dong, and thus, to the extent that the locking device is not equipped.
At around 03:05 on August 27, 2012, the Defendants: (a) in collaboration with E, F, and G; (b) in front of the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I in Ansan-si (H); (c) Defendant A, B, and E reported the network from the rocketing vehicle on which the Defendants were on board and its surrounding areas; (d) the F, and G intruded the victim’s cash of KRW 25,000 on the part of the victim who was in the carter without correction; and (e) thefted the victim’s cash of KRW 25,00.
B. On August 27, 2012, the Defendants: (a) together with E, F, and G; (b) around 03:40 on August 27, 2012, in front of the “M restaurant” operated by the victim L in K at Ansan-si; (c) Defendant A, B, and E reported network from the rocketing vehicle on which the Defendants boarded and its surrounding areas; and (d) F, and G, with the cash of KRW 50,000 owned by the victim at the credit cooperative located on the seat of the Kabter, by breaking the keys by force by force breaking the entrance.
C. The Defendants, in collaboration with E, F, and G, committed a theft in front of the “O” operated by the victim N in K at the same time on August 27, 2012, around 03:40, at the same time, Defendant A, B, and E, like the preceding paragraph, reported the Defendants’ rocketing vehicles on which the Defendants were on board and their surrounding areas, and the F, and G, with one math of a strong studi, in which the market price on the victim’s possession could not be known by breaking the entrance by breaking the key to the rocketing vehicle and its surrounding areas.
