1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Educational Foundation B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is an incorporated educational foundation that operates a hospital affiliated with the hospital (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and the Defendant C is a doctor affiliated with the inner surgery of the Defendant hospital.
