1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 24,986,044 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from April 17, 2013 to November 2, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties involved Defendant B is the president and the manager of the D Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant E is the doctor of the Defendant Hospital who treated the Plaintiff.
B. (1) On April 15, 2013, the Plaintiff first admitted to the Defendant Hospital as an hyehosis. The Plaintiff was diagnosed at the Defendant Hospital as a hyebrate, bones, and other conical signboards disability accompanied by the nephical ppuri disease certificate. On April 17, 2013, the Plaintiff hospitalized the Defendant Hospital on April 17, 2013, and thereafter, was hospitalized at the Defendant C with high-frequency heat treatment (hereinafter “instant treatment”).

C. From April 23, 2013 to June 7, 2013, the Plaintiff complained of symptoms, such as the heat reduction and token, etc. on the part of the G Hospital, and the Plaintiff complained of the symptoms, such as hump and token. E. At present, the Plaintiff’s current status is due to vertebrop salt No. 4-5 in the vertebrate that occurred after the instant procedure.
