Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant in the name of “Dcafeteria” in the net city C.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion as to such products.

Nevertheless, on October 30, 2014, the Defendant kept 13 U.S. rice to sell 13 U.S. rice weed, and stored in order to prepare and sell 60 km of rice in U.S. and 20.4 km of 13 km of German acid. However, the Defendant stated the cafeteria’s entrance sign in the cafeteria, such as “three seconds of scam, original scamburburc, and swine Sburcurc,” indicated “(domestic acid) Newcom” on the cafeteria’s entrance, and indicated at the lower part of the cafeteria’s cafeteria as if all of the me is a domestic acid.

The origin of rice and pigs was falsely indicated by stating that “the origin of rice and pigs” was false.
