A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in a substantial district of Cheongju-si, while operating a Do restaurant.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

From May 2, 2014 to August 12, 2015, the Defendant purchased 424.6km, such as U.S., Australia beef, from Cheongju-si, for KRW 5,582,549, for KRW 5,566.5km, for KRW 1,050 km, for KRW 5,016,105, for KRW 305, for imported swine scrap bars, for KRW 40.7 km, for KRW 305,775, for KRW 400, for KRW 6,075,750, for KRW 777.14 g, for KRW 2,719,90, for KRW 8686, for KRW 80, for KRW 80, for KRW 680, for KRW 86,08, for KRW 40,00, for KRW 4275,750,750,7777,9,90, for KRW 8686.86.

From May 2, 2014 to August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold imported beef and swine scrapers purchased as above to customers; (b) sold them to customers for 25,110,000 won after cooking 223.2kg as special rhyths; (c) sold 65,200,000 won after cooking rhyths using rhyths, including 521.6k; and (d) sold 3,375,000 won after cooking 45 km; and (c) sold 1,187 g of U.S. swine high-tech of swine, swine, in 19,783,00; and (d) sold them for 19,700,000 won with 19,7830,000 won with 30,000 ghyths and 30,500 g of imported swine.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of falsely indicating the country of origin or an act of making an indication that may cause confusion.
