A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On August 4, 2016, around 13:50 on August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, citing three punishments equivalent to KRW 77,00 of the market price, which was displayed in the outside of the store by using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim F, who is the owner of the business, was neglected in the “E” clothes store located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

At around 13:55 on the same day, at around 13:55, the victim H, the main owner of the D’s 1st floor D’G 1st century, was displayed in the outside of the store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim H, the main owner of the business, was neglected, and the market price was 5,000 won or more.

2. At around 13:56 on the same day as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the floor of the victim H’s head by driving away from the above F and H in order to have the Defendant attached to the above “G’s clothes store.”

1. On July 24, 2016, from around 20:00 to around 21:11 of the same day, the Defendant stolen one of the 235,000 won of the market price displayed at the J department store in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim L, the main owner of business, was neglected in the third floor of the J department store in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On July 24, 2016, around 20:49, the Defendant stolen one set of KRW 400,000 at the market price where the victim N, the main owner of which was displayed in the “M” store on the fourth floor of the J department department store, using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim N, was neglected.

3. On August 2, 2016, around 14:24, the Defendant, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P department store GF floor, stolen 2 m2 m2 m2 at the market price where the victim R, the owner of the business, was displayed at the store located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P department department GF floor, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim R, the owner of the business, was neglected.

[2016 Highest 2976] On May 24, 2016, the Defendant stolen two punishments and a brupted 137,000 won in the market by using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim U, who is the business owner, was neglected in the “T” store located on the first floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government S building.
