Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents at the mobile phone sales store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (ju) the (E), the mobile phone entry application form for the subscriber registry located therein, entered the “E” in the subscriber registry, “F” in the subscriber resident registration number column, and “G” in the mobile phone number column, and subsequently, the Defendant committed a private person under whose name he/she followed.

As a result, the Defendant forged a written application for mobile phone entry in the name of E, a private document on the duty of rights.

2. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 1, exercised the following as if he had duly formed the application for forgery as above, to an employee under the name of (ju) LG Plus who was aware of the forgery.

1. On January 24, 2014, the Defendant forged private document: (a) at a mobile phone sales store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant entered “E” in the applicant’s column, “F” in the applicant’s resident registration number column, and “H” in the applicant’s contact column; and (b) made the applicant’s private person in the applicant’s signature column.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of home service application in the name of E, a private document on the duty of rights.

2. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 1, exercised the following as if he had duly formed the application for forgery as above, to an employee under the name of (ju) LG Plus who was aware of the forgery.
