A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution on May 7, 2013.

1. Larceny;

A. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant taken up KRW 400,00,00 in the envelope where the victim was living together at the victim D’s house located in C at the time of interesting around the middle 17:00, in other rooms, and the victim was under the supervision of the plate, entering the room and keeping cash and water table.

In addition, from the time of theft to the end of December 2014, the total amount of KRW 5,100,000 was stolen on seven occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.

B. On January 23, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) taken out 300,000 won in cash and 1 copy of the Defendant’s national bank check at the victim’s home in the victim’s room; and (b) took out 300,000 won in cash and 300,000 won in cash of the victim and 1 copy of the national bank check at the victim’s location.

On January 23, 2015, at around 19:20, the Defendant, at the cash withdrawal machine managed by the original bank of the victim Saemaul Bank, 26 as the original unit of the member of Ansan-si, the Defendant, as seen above, entered one copy of the victim's national bank fitness card into the cash withdrawal machine, and then withdrawn KRW 4.20,000 in cash, and subsequently stolen the password.

2. Counterfeiting securities or exercising forged or falsified securities;

A. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant, at the above D’s house, copied 8 pages 1,000 won or more at the Industrial Bank of Korea branch office or face value of the Bank of Korea, using a copy copy, cut the same as the size of the check, and cut 10,000 won in the same knife as the size of the check, using a copy copy of the issuing branch office and issuance number, and cut 10,000 won in the same knife as the size of the check, respectively. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, forged 10 copies of the check on one’s own by using a copy copy.
