Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

On February 19, 2014, at around 07:30, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.154% from approximately 1km to the roads in front of the oil station in the Chang-si, Gumi-si (hereinafter referred to as “Gumi-si”).
