A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from August 12, 2013 to October 22, 2013, pursuant to the direction of C, which is the “total liability” of the organization that purchases a stolen mobile phone in the Republic of Korea and ships it out to China, the Defendant purchased a cell phone, which is a stolen in the Republic of Korea, and was engaged in activities as a “purchase plan” that sent it to C.

The specific method of crime is that a person in charge of advertising advertising, which is a stolen mobile phone purchasing organization, posted an advertisement to purchase a Handphone with the content of “I purchase various phones,” “I purchase a mobile phone at home, and use a cell phone with the communication of sellers who intend to dispose of a mobile phone at home,” and sent a text message to enable the Defendant to purchase a cell phone through “Kakao Stockholm,” which is a smartphone hosting display system, by receiving contact from the sellers who want to dispose of a mobile phone at home,” and the Defendant purchased a cell phone from the sellers while returning to Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon area, and then deliver it to C with Kwikset Service or door-to-door, and C ships it out to China through “transport volume”.

At around 14:00 on September 12, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 10,000,000, while knowing that Switzerland was a stolen victim F at the front parking lot in front of the Yandong-dong Central District of Ansan-si, the market price of the victim F, which was the victim F, was 40,000 won.

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with the mobile phone purchase organization such as C, acquired 14 cell phone units, which are the cell phone unit value of KRW 11 million in total, in 14 times from September 12, 2013 to October 22, 2013, as described in the attached list of crimes, in collusion with the aforementioned method.
